The Cluster
Changemakers
Accelerator
An India-Based joint initiative of
Thrive Philanthropy and One Just WorldIndia has no shortage of committed changemakers working on climate, public health, food sovereignty, youth organising, animal rights, and social justice.
What remains scarce is the infrastructure that helps these changemakers translate local energy into durable institutional change.
Across India, conversations around sustainability, animal ethics, public health, food systems, and youth leadership are growing. Yet most grassroots groups lack access to the resources, strategic support, and long-term infrastructure needed to run sustained, locally relevant campaigns.
The Cluster Changemakers Accelerator was created by One Just World & Thrive Philanthropy to address this gap — supporting grassroots groups working across multiple issue areas and helping them build practical pathways towards institutional and community-level food systems change.
A Joint Initiative By:
20 WEEKS OF IMPACT
A grant-powered programme designed to support grassroots groups across India in building practical, measurable change within campuses and surrounding communities.
Through funding, mentorship, training, and implementation support, participating groups will establish campus-based advocacy initiatives, engage local businesses, organise public outreach, and work towards meaningful shifts in local food environments.
THE CLUSTER MODEL
Lasting change happens when multiple parts of a local ecosystem begin reinforcing one another. Each group builds a local “cluster” centered around three connected spaces.
