Caroline is a Brazilian development professional and animal advocate based in Bahia, Brazil. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Mackenzie University in São Paulo. She built a strong foundation in the private sector, working with multinational corporations such as Nestlé and Raízen, before transitioning to nonprofit work. In 2022, she joined Sinergia Animal, an international organization advocating for farmed animals in the Global South. Since early 2023, she has served as Development Director, leading the organization’s fundraising strategy. Caroline brings to Thrive a blend of private sector experience and deep commitment to animal protection, focusing on equitable philanthropy and strengthening advocacy movements in underrepresented regions.
